Logo após estar se recuperando pela cirurgia que fez na garganta , ela teve o prazer de receber a uma notícia que seu último disco (21) , é o primeiro a ter 1 milhão de cópias vendidas no iTunes na Europa. Segundo o The Telegraph , a musica quebrou o recorde de download da iTunes européia. #TápodendoAdel'  Amei.
